Original artwork by MADHUMITA BHATTACHARYA
- 40 x 30 cm
- Acrylic on canvas
In this painting, the artist tried to show the moment when Buddha is practicing austere meditation in order to attain Enlightenment. She also said that while she was creating this artwork, she can feel the physical pain which the Buddha endured. The artist found this difficult to create because creating the cracks was a challenge. This painting is part of her series of works called "Serenity". Best displayed in the living room and the entrance of the house or office.
